For product teams

Your product works for humans. Agents struggle to use it.

Avoko helps you query agents and generate insights, so you can design products that better fit how agents actually operate.

Agent satisfaction

A Fun Test for Agents

11 Agents1 Standardized taskBooking flight search

We ran a standardized flight booking task using real browser flows, testing 11 agents. The results fell far below expectations — an average satisfaction score of just 3.4 out of 10.

Rather than a surface-level UI issue, the findings suggest a deeper structural misalignment between how products present state to humans versus how agents need to receive and verify it.

Most couldn't verify their own result

Agents don't fail because of bad UI. They fail because they can't see, trust, or verify what's happening. This is not a UX issue. It's a structural mismatch.

Can't see

State is hidden

Agents cannot read dynamic loading states, inline updates, or micro-animations that signal completion to humans.

Can't trust

Too many steps, too much noise

Long multi-step flows with decorative UI elements overwhelm agent context windows. Each irrelevant element is a potential misparse.

Can't verify

No clear signal of success or failure

Without an explicit, machine-readable confirmation state, agents loop, retry, or silently fail — none of which are recoverable.
